Nuts & Volts is a general Electro-mechanical hobby mag, Servo and Robot magazines focus more expressly on robotics, however I actually find N&V to be more attractive with it's generalization and breadth.

Hobby Engineering Comprehensive Vendor, worth the pain of their bare-bones site, located near SFO and BART, may have to take a trip out there....
LynxMotion Developers of some of the cooler stuff that you see at mondo-tronics, mega-hexapod walkers, etc. Mostly physical base hardware.
SolarBotics is a BEAM Robotics supplier. BEAM Robotics has an emphasis on solar engines, and very simple circuit based behaviours, really cool stuff.
Mondo-Tronics Robot Store Toys and more serious robotics materials for the hobbyist

Crust Crawler Robotics Interesting kits, particularly their servo with position sensing.
Ramsey Electronics A general electronic hobby and kit store, lots of supplies
