These are time-lapse videos using a camera and remote for the beginning, and eventually Jay built an "intervalometer", or more plainly a timer that triggered the camera every 5 minutes.

These are kinda big files, as time lapse doesn't compress well, so you might want to go get some coffee. The UltraFast Remix is the smaller of the two. Hope you enjoy them even more than I enjoyed making them!
